Content Tips for Location Information

This guide includes tips for the best information to share about your facility to ensure that customers have a positive parking experience.

Location Access Hours

These are the facility’s hours of operation. This information is important so drivers can know the days and times that they will or will not be able to access their vehicles. Up-to-date location access hours are especially crucial if your facility offers monthly, overnight, or multi-day rates.

  • Make sure to add a note if your facility has unique access restrictions during its hours of operation, such as “Garage open 24/7, but access only permitted between 6am-12am.”

Amenities may be the deciding factor for drivers between your facility and a nearby competitor, so it’s important to accurately represent all your location has to offer.

  • Add all available amenities to increase your chances of drawing new customers in.

  • Remove amenities that are no longer offered to set clear expectations with customers.
