Understand When Drivers Can Book a Spot At Your Facility
The purpose of the Flex Rates Table in the SpotHero Control Panel is to showcase all possible rates offered at your facility for any combination of reservation start times and durations. We heard your feedback that it would be helpful to see which rates in the table fall within your bookable online hours. Therefore, we updated the table to clearly highlight the transient rates that are available on SpotHero for drivers to book at your facility.
Here’s what’s new on the Flex Rates Table:
Highlighted Rates: Rates that are live on SpotHero
Grayed-Out Rates: Rates that are not available on SpotHero because the reservation start and/or end times fall outside your facility’s bookable online hours
Keep In Mind
Your facility’s bookable online hours will be the same as its general hours of operation, unless you or your team have requested for them to differ. In that case,
Bookable online hours are the time frames during which SpotHero drivers can reserve a spot and park at your facility.
General hours of operation are the time frames posted on your website or at your facility for drive-up customers to see. These hours of operation are provided to SpotHero drivers on the spot details page and parking pass, but they do not impact when drivers can book parking at your facility.
Rules that impact rate availability, such as inventory exceptions or blackouts, are not reflected on the Flex Rates Table.
