Get a high-level performance overview of your facilities on SpotHero.
On the Dashboard page of the SpotHero Control Panel, you will find month-to-date (MTD) and year-over-year (YoY) graphs as well as year-to-date (YTD) data of your facilities’ performance over time. This data simplifies the process of gathering and comparing performance metrics for revenue, reservations, and star ratings.
Month-to-Date (MTD)
The MTD graph and data table provide you with a snapshot of one or more facilities' performance from the first day of the month up until the present date. This allows comparisons between the current period and the corresponding period in the previous month.
Year-over-Year (YoY) and Year-to-Date (YTD)
The YoY by Month graph enables you to compare monthly data from the current year with the corresponding month's data from the previous year. Meanwhile, the YTD data table provides you with a snapshot of one or more facilities' performance from the first day of the calendar year up to the current date. This allows comparisons between the current period and the corresponding period in the previous year.
Surfacing YTD and YoY data in the SpotHero Control Panel is valuable as it allows you to understand seasonal trends and helps with financial forecasting.
