Manage all your reservations in one place! With the Reservations tool in the SpotHero Control Panel, you can review upcoming, active, and past reservations. Search, filter, and export all your reservation details in just a few clicks—making it convenient to access everything you need.
Review All Reservations
Step 1: Log in to the SpotHero Control Panel and select one or more facilities from the sidebar. Remember to deselect the facility that is automatically selected upon login if you do not want to view reservations for that location. | Step 2: Select the All Reservations page within the Reservations drop-down menu in the top bar. | Step 3: Click Filters or use the search bar to view specific reservations based on Rental ID, license plate, start and end dates, type of rate (monthly or daily), rental status (valid or canceled).
To download the reservation details from the data table, click Export Data. |
Customer information will only be displayed for monthly reservations. This data may include the customer's first and last name, email address, and phone number, as well as the vehicle's make, model, and license plate. The availability of customer information for monthly reservations depends on the customer submitting their personal details.
Please note that the data on the All Reservations page should not be used for payment reconciliation.
The data in this table is derived from booking information, with reservations appearing based on whether they are active during the selected date range. Since payment details can still be modified after a reservation ends, remittance is determined by the reservation's end date -- except for monthly reservations, where remittance is based on the reservation's start date.
For example, if you apply a date range filter from 04/01/24 to 04/30/24, a reservation spanning from 04/29/24 to 05/02/24 will appear in the table on the All Reservations page, but it will not be included in the April 2024 remittance.

Use Rental IDs to match customer information found on the All Reservations page with payment details found on the Accounting page.
