Maximize recurring revenue and stay on top of monthly operations using SpotHero Monthly Rates & Inventory tools. This guide will show you how to view monthly rates and manage monthly inventory from the SpotHero Control Panel.
View Monthly Rates
Step 1: Log in to the SpotHero Control Panel and select a facility from the sidebar. | Step 2: Select the Monthly Rates page within the Rates & Inventory drop-down menu in the top bar.
| Step 3: View the description, price, and status (active or off) of your monthly rate option(s). |
Things You Should Know
Rate status definitions:
"Active" refers to a rate that is accepting new reservations.
"Off" refers to a rate that may have existing reservations, but is no longer accepting new ones.
Manage Monthly Inventory
Step 1: Log in to the SpotHero Control Panel and select a facility from the sidebar. | Step 2: Select the Monthly Inventory page within the Rates & Inventory drop-down menu in the top bar.
| Step 3: View the number of active or upcoming monthly reservations at your facility, the remaining number of available monthly spots, and your facility’s total monthly inventory.

Things You Should Know
Recurring monthly reservations renew automatically through SpotHero on a monthly basis. When a customer cancels their recurring monthly reservation, the spot will automatically become available for sale again on our platform.
Non-recurring monthly reservations are managed and paid through SpotHero for the first month, and then directly through the operator for the following months. The total inventory will not automatically replenish when a non-recurring monthly reservation ends, so you will need to request an inventory increase once spots become available.
