What are Self-Service Floors and Ceilings?
Facility-specific minimum and maximum pricing parameters that can be set directly through the SpotHero Control Panel. Even with dynamic pricing, you’re still in control and can adapt your rates to your facilities’ unique needs.
Manage Transient Rates with SpotHero IQ
Step 1: Log in to the SpotHero Control Panel and select a facility from the sidebar. | Step 2: Select the Transient Rates page within the Rates & Inventory drop-down menu in top bar. | Step 3: With IQ self-service, you can directly control the minimum and maximum Floor and Ceiling rates by selecting Edit, adjusting the value in the floor or ceiling column, and clicking Save. |
