We're making it easier for drivers to evaluate their parking options on SpotHero by providing a breakdown of facility ratings and reviews.
SpotHero has always shown drivers a star rating for each facility. That rating is based on a weighted average of driver reviews from the past 24 months, with recent reviews carrying more weight, so the score reflects your current customer experience.
What's new
Now, drivers searching and comparing parking options will also see:
A rating breakdown showing how many 5 through 1 star reviews make up your overall score
A full list of individual ratings with associated review tags and high-level reservation details, including parking duration, vehicle type, and whether the reservation was for an event.
Coming Soon: A "What Drivers Like" summary highlighting the most common positive review tags from your facility's reviews.
Why this matters
More transparency means more confident bookings and fewer surprises at the facility for drivers. Locations with strong, consistent reviews are well-positioned to stand out.
