Manage Airport Rates
Step 1: Log in to the SpotHero Control Panel and select a facility from the sidebar. | Step 2: Select the Airport Rates page within the Rates & Inventory drop-down menu in the top bar.

Keep In Mind
By default, rates will appear in both airport and transient search flows (unless your facility has different airport and transient rate configurations), increasing visibility to potential customers.
For facilities with externally managed airport rates (via API), rates are view-only in the Control Panel.
Prepare for the Holidays or Events with Temporary Rates
To set temporary airport rates for upcoming events or holidays, navigate to the Airport Calendar tab on the Airport Rates Control Panel page. Select a date or date range within the calendar, then use the menu on the left side to enter a temporary rate for those dates.
We recommend creating temporary rates at least a month in advance, as drivers often book airport parking early when planning travel.
Once a temporary rate is created, you can edit it or revert back to your default rate at any time by following the same steps.
Boost Visibility and Revenue with Multi-Day Discounts
A multi-day discount is a percentage discount applied to reservations lasting longer than 24 hours. You can apply a single multi-day discount to all reservations longer than 24 hours, or set up tiered discounts based on the specific length of each reservation.
Benefits:

Manage Airport Inventory and Exceptions
Step 1: Log in to the SpotHero Control Panel and select a facility from the sidebar. | Step 2: Select the Airport Inventory page within the Rates & Inventory drop-down menu in the top bar. | Step 3: Update your total airport inventory by clicking âEditâ under the existing inventory count, entering a new value, and selecting the checkmark to confirm the change.
Create new inventory exceptions by clicking âAdd Inventory Exceptionâ on the right side of the page, or edit existing inventory exceptions by clicking âEdit Exceptionâ within the applicable row.

Keep In Mind
Prepare for the holidays: To accommodate the surge in demand during the holidays, we recommend creating inventory exceptions to temporarily increase your total available inventory. Set these exceptions for the same time period as your temporary airport rates.
Review Location Information
Shuttle Information: Please review the information about your facility on our platform to ensure the airport shuttle details are accurate. Key details to verify include the shuttle hours of operation, phone number, and pickup location. If the shuttle pickup location for customers who are departing or arriving has temporarily changed due to construction, please add a note in the "Parking Instructions" section.
