Maximize airport parking revenue and stay on top of online operations using SpotHero Airport Rates & Inventory tools. This guide will show you how to view airport rates and manage inventory from the SpotHero Control Panel.
View Airport Rates
Step 1: Log in to the SpotHero Control Panel and select a facility from the sidebar. | Step 2: Select the Airport Rates page within the Rates & Inventory drop-down menu in the top bar.
| Step 3: View the title, description, valid date range (dates when the rate will be in effect), and price of your airport rate option(s). |
Keep In Mind
New airport rates: To create new airport rates, reach out to your SpotHero rep or contact sellersupport@spothero.com.
Align your rates: If you have transient rates set, ensure that your transient rates and airport rates are aligned.
Prepare for the holidays: To set up temporary airport rates for upcoming holidays, reach out to your SpotHero rep or contact sellersupport@spothero.com. We recommend doing this at least a month in advance, as drivers often book airport parking ahead of time when planning their travel. Once the temporary rate is created, you can view it in the SpotHero Control Panel.
Manage Airport Inventory and Exceptions
Step 1: Log in to the SpotHero Control Panel and select a facility from the sidebar. | Step 2: Select the Airport Inventory page within the Rates & Inventory drop-down menu in the top bar. | Step 3: Update your total airport inventory by clicking “Edit” under the existing inventory count, entering a new value, and selecting the checkmark to confirm the change. Create new inventory exceptions by clicking “Add Inventory Exception” on the right side of the page, or edit existing inventory exceptions by clicking “Edit Exception” within the applicable row.

Keep In Mind
Prepare for the holidays: To accommodate the surge in demand during the holidays, we recommend creating inventory exceptions to temporarily increase your total available inventory. Set these exceptions for the same time period as your temporary airport rates.
Review Location Information
Shuttle Information: Please review the information about your facility on our platform to ensure the airport shuttle details are accurate. Key details to verify include the shuttle hours of operation, phone number, and pickup location. If the shuttle pickup location for customers who are departing or arriving has temporarily changed due to construction, please add a note in the "Parking Instructions" section.
